Custom orders are not refundable.

All other orders can be cancelled less 15% re-stock fee. Any postage or delivery charges are not refundable.

All Jetprint Visual Media canvas prints offer lifetime guarantee. You need to return the damaged print to Jetprint Visual Media (postage charges responsibility of customer) and we will reprint and return your print to your specified location.

Vinyl Wall Art, Vinyl Wall Quotes, Chalkboard Art and all self adhesive products are designed to be removable without causing damage to walls. In certain situations minor damage may occur due to incorrect application or incorrect methods of removal. Jetprint Visual Media is not responsible for any damage that may occur. Please see install instructions for full detail on install and removal.

All graphics not created by Jetprint Visual Media have been sourced from the public domain using royalty free images and designs. If you are the owner of any material that is being used by Jetprint Visual Media and feel we are breaching your terms of usage please advise by email and we will remove the design from our product range and remove from the website. Please provide details around your claim.
